In order to achieve a healthy lifestyle, a healthy diet is one of the best things you can do, and it means that you give your body the vitamins and minerals they need by constantly eating nutritious vegetables. You can find many healthy nutrients you need, and the risk of developing heart disease by eating spinach, kale and dandelion. These foods do not contain fat, and have the additional advantage that a small amount of calories. Kale is an excellent source of vitamins A, C and K, iron, potassium, copper and folic acid. Spinach contain manganese instead of iron and calcium, or green leafy vegetables contain the same ingredients as kale. Less well known are the dandelion leaves, which contain many vitamins - A, B , C, E and K.

Most of us do not believe in planning the spinach can understand ingredients for our next meal, but the benefits of these greens may be easier to eat more of them. Most nutrition experts point out that we have five to seven servings of vegetables to eat per day.
